You may browse the website, build a quotation list and send requests for your own personal or business needs. You agree not to misuse the website, send false information, try to access the administration area, or disturb its operation.
Product descriptions are general information. Some photos are illustrations of the type of glass and not photos of Vitraco's own work. Colours, textures and finishes may look different on screen and vary with each handmade piece. The exact specifications of your order are those confirmed in your quotation.
Sending a request through the website, by email or WhatsApp, is a request for information only. It does not create an order or any obligation for you or for Vitraco. Prices, quantities, measurements, lead times and conditions are given in the quotation Vitraco sends you, and an order is confirmed only once both sides agree on that quotation. Measurements may need to be checked on site before production.
Unless a price is shown on a product, prices are on request, because they depend on dimensions, quantities and finishing. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it.
Most Vitraco products are made to your measurements and choices. Please check the sizes, quantities and details you send. Pieces produced according to confirmed details are specific to your project.
The details you send (name, phone, email, company, city and message) are used only to answer your request and follow up on it. They are saved in our system and are not sold or shared for marketing. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. When you choose WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us.
The website content, including texts, photos of Vitraco's work, the Vitraco logo and the fluid glass painting, belongs to Vitraco or is used with permission. You may share pages using the share buttons, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The website links to other services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps. Vitraco is not responsible for their content or practices.
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and the website may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Vitraco is not liable for indirect loss resulting from the use of the website.
